Our first plugin, Web Integrate Catering Requests, is now listed in the official WordPress.org plugin directory. It’s free, and you can install it right from your WordPress dashboard.
It’s built for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and caterers that get catering orders by phone or email. Now customers can see your catering packages and send a request from your own website, and every request lands in one place.
What it does
- Catering menu: show your packages with photos, price per person, minimum guests and dietary labels such as vegetarian or gluten-free.
- Request form: customers pick the event date, number of guests and packages, and see an estimated total as they go.
- Requests inbox: every request is saved in your WordPress dashboard, with statuses and private notes, and sent to you by email.
- Booking rules: set how many days’ notice you need, a daily event limit and dates you’re closed, so you only get requests you can take.
- Private by design: built-in spam protection with no outside services, and your customers’ requests stay on your own website.
No WooCommerce and no monthly platform fees. It works with any block theme and looks especially good with our Savor restaurant theme.
Try it before you install
- See the catering menu and request form on our demo restaurant site.
- Look around the admin side: one click, no login needed, read-only.
Install it in a minute
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add Plugin.
- Search for Web Integrate Catering Requests.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
Then follow our step-by-step guide to add your packages and put the menu and form on a page. Updates now arrive through your dashboard like any other plugin.
Already using Catering Requests 0.3 from our website? The new version is a separate plugin, but your packages and requests carry over. The guide’s upgrade steps take two minutes.
Coming next: Pro
The free plugin collects requests. Web Integrate Catering Requests Pro, planned for December 2026, will help you turn them into booked, paid events: quotes your customers accept online, deposits through Stripe, an event calendar and a printable kitchen prep sheet. See what’s planned.
