AI that works for your business.

We connect AI to the website, software and tools you already use. From answering customer questions and processing documents to adding AI features to your own product, we scope what you need, build it and help you run it.

What you can hand off

Work that AI can take off your plate

Start with the task, not the technology. If one of these sounds familiar, there is probably a practical AI project in it.

The same questions, every day

Customers ask about hours, prices, orders and setup again and again, and your team retypes the same answers.

Typing data by hand

Orders, invoices and requests arrive as PDFs, emails and spreadsheets, and someone copies them into your system.

Answers buried in documents

Manuals and policies are scattered, so questions pile up on the one person who knows where everything is.

A product without AI features

Your customers expect search, summaries or smart forms in your website or app, but your team has no time to build them.

Services

Five ways we put AI to work

Every service is built around your own data and connected to the tools you already use. The first three are where most projects start.

Most requested

Customer Support Assistant

For online stores, service businesses, SaaS and plugin companies.

What it does
Answers common questions from your own documents, sorts incoming messages, drafts replies for your staff, answers in several languages and hands the conversation to a person when it isn't sure.
Connects to
Your website, contact forms, email, help desk and CRM.
You receive
A chat window for customers or a reply tool for staff, your knowledge base set up, a hand-off flow to your team and an operating guide.
We check
Answer quality on your real questions, source links shown with answers, hand-off when there's no answer, and every conversation logged.
Most requested

Document & Workflow Automation

For distributors, contractors, bookkeeping services and busy offices.

What it does
Sorts documents, pulls out the fields you need, drafts quotes and reports, asks for approval and enters the result into your systems.
Examples
Turn emailed orders into purchase-order drafts. Pull transaction details from receipts and invoices. Draft a quote from a customer's requirements and your price list. Turn daily job logs into a weekly report.
You receive
A working intake, processing, review and save flow, error handling, a run log and an operating guide.
We check
Accuracy on required fields, missing items flagged, no duplicate entries, and safe re-runs when something fails.

AI Features for Websites & Software

For SaaS companies, web agencies and businesses running WordPress.

What it does
Adds summaries, smart search, data extraction, form assistance, content drafts or product suggestions to the website or app you already have.
Delivered as
A WordPress plugin, an API, a feature inside your existing app or a separate admin screen. WordPress is our home turf: we publish our own plugins on WordPress.org.
You receive
The agreed features, integration code, setup and deployment documents, and the test results.
We check
Compatibility with your existing features, error handling, usage limits and response quality.

Development & Operations Support

For web agencies, SaaS teams, and plugin and API companies.

What it does
Automates regression tests, drafts technical documentation and release notes, and summarizes support tickets and error logs.
You receive
Test flows or document tools, reports and a guide for running them.
We check
Agreed test scenarios run, reported errors can be reproduced, and documents match how the product really works. We verify AI-generated code, documents and test results; no tool finds every bug, and we won't claim one does.

Ways to work with us

Start small, then grow

Discovery & design

Not sure where to start? We review your work and recommend what to automate first. Fixed-price assessment.

Paid pilot

Prove it works on one task, with your real data and a small group of users, before a bigger build. Fixed quote.

Custom build

You know the features and systems you need. We quote the project by scope and deliver it in stages.

Agency partnership

We build the AI part of your client projects. Priced per project or by agreed development hours.

Monthly care

We keep your system running, update its knowledge and handle API changes. A monthly base fee plus agreed extra work.

How pricing works. Every project is quoted on its own, based on the systems to connect, the state of your data, the number of users, security needs and testing scope. We list the build cost, monthly maintenance and outside fees such as AI usage and hosting separately, so there are no surprises. The first consultation is free; a detailed assessment is a paid, fixed-price engagement.
How it works

From first message to a system you rely on

  1. Tell us about the work

Describe the task, what slows you down and the result you want. No technical terms needed.

  2. Free review and call

We check that the project is doable, that your systems can be connected and that the data is ready.

  3. Requirements

Under an NDA if you need one, we look at sample files and write down features, inputs, outputs, approvals and test criteria.

  4. Proposal and agreement

Scope, schedule, payments, change requests, ownership of code and data, and support terms, all in writing.

  5. Pilot or build

Uncertain projects start with a small pilot on real samples. Work begins after the agreement and deposit.

  6. Your acceptance test

We test with your real scenarios. Defects within scope are fixed; new requests are quoted separately.

  7. Launch and handover

We deploy to the agreed environment and hand over accounts, documents, training and code.

  8. Ongoing care

Optional: monitoring, knowledge updates, AI provider changes and usage-cost reviews.

Proof, not promises

We use it in our own business

Before we build AI for you, we build it for ourselves. These are working systems, not mock-ups.

AI reply drafts on this website

When someone sends us a project request, an AI model drafts a reply from our own guidelines, and a person reviews it before anything is sent.

Plugins on WordPress.org

Our Catering Requests plugin passed the WordPress.org review and is listed in the official directory.

Apps on top of WordPress

Our Lamplight church app reads each church's WordPress content through an API we built, now in testing on Google Play.

Client case studies will appear here as projects are completed. Until then, we show working demos and label them as demos. We only publish results we can verify.

Our standards

AI you can trust in daily work

  • Human approval before anything is sent to customers or important records change
  • Quality checks with sample inputs and the results you expect
  • Error handling with alerts, retries and a manual fallback
  • Access control so each person sees only the data they should
  • Cost control with usage limits, usage reports and over-budget alerts
  • Clear data handling: where data is stored, how long it is kept and what goes to AI providers
  • Accounts in your name wherever possible, so you stay in control
  • Full handover of code, settings, documents and training, as agreed
For agencies and software teams

Let us build the AI part of your projects

Web agencies, freelance developers and SaaS companies can hand us the AI work and keep their client relationship.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does an AI project cost?

It depends on the systems to connect, the state of your data, the number of users and the testing needed, so every project is quoted separately. We show the build cost, monthly maintenance and outside fees (AI usage, hosting) as separate lines. The first consultation is free.

How long does it take?

Every proposal includes a schedule. When a project has open questions, we start with a small pilot on one task, so you see real results before committing to the full build.

What happens to our data?

Before we start, we agree in writing where data is stored, how long it is kept, who can access it and what is sent to AI providers. We can work under an NDA, and we never ask for sensitive data in the first inquiry.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose per project, based on quality, cost and your data rules. We often work with models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, and accounts can be opened in your company's name so you control them.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

Ownership of code, accounts and data is set in the agreement before work starts. For direct clients, we hand over the code and settings we build for you as agreed.

Will the AI make mistakes?

AI can be wrong, so we design for it: answers cite their sources, a person approves anything sent to customers or written to important records, and the system hands off to your team when it isn't sure.

Do you maintain the system after launch?

Yes, if you'd like. Monthly care covers monitoring, error fixes, knowledge updates, AI provider changes and usage-cost reviews.

Do you only work with Houston businesses?

We're based in Houston, Texas, and work with businesses and agencies anywhere. Everything can be done by email and video call.
